Non-Transferable Warranty

The warranty services and benefits are available only to the original purchaser, provided that the purchase was made from Nami Canada or an authorized Nami Canada dealer.

Reasons for Non-Transferability

The non-transferable nature of our warranty is designed to ensure that:

  • Our warranty services are efficiently managed and provided to our customers who purchased directly from us or our authorized dealers.
  • We maintain high-quality service by understanding the usage history and maintenance of the product, which is more challenging with subsequent owners.
  • Nami Canada can directly support customers who have chosen to invest in our brand from the outset, ensuring they receive the full benefit of our after-sales support and warranty service.
